If we waive any rights available to us under these
terms and conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights

invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remianing terms and
conditions shall nevertheless continue in full

Payment Options
We
accept most major Credit Cards, Direct Deposit, Paypal, Money
Orders as well as Personal and Business Cheques. However customers whose
cheques are returned to us because of insufficient funds will be charged $50.00
for handling in addition to the amount of the cheque.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We
want you to feel completely comfortable when you order your products and hope to
meet your expected quality standards everytime. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s). All items must be
returned in original packaging and condition. Returns/exchanges must be
authorised by our staff; items will not be acdepted without a RMA number. We do
not accept cancellations once an order has been picked. For any goods returned
as "unsuitable" there is a restocking charge of 10% of order value plus return
freight chargeable to customer. Please follow these
easy instructions for returns:
Contact our customer service department on 02 9411 4902 or email us within 5 business days of the receipt of your order. You will
then be provided with a RMA number by our staff; this number must be marked
clearly on the outer carton that is being returned. Please allow us up to 2
business days to respond to all RMA and order status requests. Items must be
packed securely in the original packaging unless otherwise noted. Please note
that any item received damaged or in used condition will not be credited.
Please note that we will not accpet COD deliveries. All shipping charges are the
responsbility of the customer including returns and exchanges.
Breakage/Damage
All
items have been carefully inspected prior to being shipped and will always leave
in perfect condition. We make every effort to pack your order in the most
protected manner possible. However, there are certain issues that cannot be
prevented while in transit.
Damaged
merchandise includes items thatb have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment
arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery.
If you have already accepted delivery and then fin shipping damage, please
contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw
anything away and if possible photograph the item and its packaging. If you
attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardise our chances of
making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Product Availablility
Please
note that listed availability might not be applicable for multiple copies of an
item, and that sudden demand for an item can have an effect on its availability.
We will inform you by phone or e-mail if any items in your order prove to be
unavailable.
Prices and Typographical Errors
In the
event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due
to typographical error or error in pricing, or misuse and abuse or incorrect
product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or
not the order has been confirmed or payment accepted. If your payment has
already been accepted for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We
reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change
without prior notice.
